Are the products marked Out of Stock restocked?

Unfortunately, each of our collections is limited production and out-of-stock products cannot be restocked.


Will the product you send be the same as the one in the photo?

The products are exactly the same as the products you see in the photo. Since the shots are taken in a professional studio with professional lighting and camera, the products may show very slight differences in light such as daylight, different bulbs, etc.


What can I do if I forgot my membership password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can go to the "Member Login - I forgot my password" section to recover it. This will send you an email with a link where you can enter and confirm your new password. Your password must be at least 8 characters long, contain numbers and letters, and at least one of these letters must be capitalized.


How can I be sure that I completed my shopping without any problems?

When you complete your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you. If you do not receive an email, you can send an email regarding your order to siparis@10amfactory.com . Sometimes emails may end up in your “Junk”, “Spam” or “Junk” folders. Please check all your mailboxes.



Can I delete any item from my order?

Yes. You can delete unwanted products from your shopping cart as long as you have not completed your order.


Can I cancel my order?

Yes. To do this, go to the "My Orders" section in your account.

What should I do if my product arrives defective?

If there is a defect in the product you received, please contact siparis@10amfactory.com . You can attach a photo of the defective part of the product and make a description in the e-mail you send. Directions regarding the exchange will be made via e-mail.

How much do I pay for shipping service? HOW MUCH ARE SHIPPING COSTS?

A shipping fee of 70 TL will be applied to your orders.


What is the return period?

The period for any return is 14 days from the date of order.


When will I receive a refund for the products I returned?

For returned products, when the product reaches us, the refund process is initiated and the payment is made via Iyzico. The completion time of the transaction may vary depending on your bank. We request the return shipping fee from you, therefore, the shipping fee of 70 TL will be deducted from the refunded amount.


When will my product be shipped?

Orders placed before 12:00 on weekdays are shipped on the same day, and orders placed on weekends are shipped on Monday. Since cargo companies do not work on public holidays, your order will be shipped on the first business day following the date you placed it.


How can I track the status of my shipment?

If you are a member, you can track your cargo tracking information via the "My Orders" page or via SMS sent to you by Aras Cargo.

Do I need to be a member of the site to shop online?

It is possible to shop without being a member, but if you are a member, you can track your orders and follow up on return/exchange processes more easily.


What payment methods can I use to make purchases?

You can complete your shopping from our website with the assurance of Iyzico. We do not provide cash on delivery or money transfer/EFT payment services.


What happens if my order arrives while I am not at the address and I cannot accept the delivery?

According to the procedure of Aras Cargo, which we have an agreement with, if they cannot find you at the address you provided, they leave a note and keep your shipment at the branch responsible for your address for 3 days. If you do not collect it from the branch within 3 days, the return process begins. The money of the products returned because they could not be delivered to us is refunded and your orders are canceled.
